Where oh where has…
…the last 6 months gone??
I have taken a job with less hours for the next 5 months - although what hours I do are very intense. I have another set of triplets to care for, this time 2 boys and a girl.
My first girl in 21 months! Working with a girl again is taking some getting used to. It surprises me just how differently people treat baby girls and boys!
I went back a few weeks ago to do a couple of days nannying for my last set of triplets and I was very pleasantly surprised how easy to care for they were - I’m sure it had nothing to do with the fact that the usual nanny had left me incredibly detailed instructions and prepared most of the meals in advance!
The boys are adorable and all very chilled and lovely! I am possibly going back this week for a morning or afternoon with them while their dad has a meeting. They are nearly 18months now and cheeky as monkeys - all of them!
My current babies are now 4.5 weeks old and all doing very well. Each week I turn up to find they have grown huge amounts! It certainly is different doing 2 days a week instead of 6.
I’m love this blog. I googled “maternity nurse twins” as a first step for finding someone to help out with my twins (expected late May / early June (if we all last that long!)) and up came your blog! Seems you have plenty of experience with multiples and a v good sense of humour. I would stick a whole load of detail in here but if you are interested please get in touch via email and I’ll give you the full picture.
